"The newly opened version of the all-season Xiaoshanqing was the first time I stayed today. I just arrived in the lobby. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and offered me a cup of tea. The breakfast was delicious. There was a free coffee bar, free luggage storage and self-service laundry room, equipped with laundry detergent and softener. "It was a truly perfect stay. From the moment we made our reservation, they called to ask if we were traveling with children so they could arrange for their belongings to be brought to the room first. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk lady, Jinyue, made two special trips back and forth with an umbrella. After we checked in, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Before we could even rest, fruit arrived. They also provided mosquito repellent in the room and reminded us to close the windows in case it rained. We had a peaceful night. The next day, when we checked out, they met us and escorted us to a taxi. Finally, I left a necklace at the hotel. It wasn't expensive, but they kept it safe and mailed it to me. It was a thoughtful experience."

"1. The location is about 10 minutes drive from the high-speed rail station, about 1 km walk from Wanda, and there are snack shops and night snack shops nearby;
2. The new store is open, the environment and health are good, there is a laundry room and gym, breakfast is also available;
3. I booked two rooms this time and arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. I was told that I had not cleaned it. So I told the front desk that I needed to leave the store after two adjacent rooms. I came back at around 19 o'clock in the evening. I showed a room on the 6th floor. After I took the initiative to inform that there was another room, the other room was temporarily arranged on the 8th floor. The reason is that the room is full on holidays and other guests do not agree to switch.
PS: Others are satisfied, and the holiday peak can be understood, but after we informed the appeal in advance in the morning, we thought that the room had been reserved, but the result was arranged on different floors, and the reason was also very bad."

The room was spacious and airy, and the front desk was very helpful, offering a gift, which I readily accepted when I asked for an extra. It was so thoughtful and completely surpassed my expectations for hotels in this price range. The most surprising thing was the intelligent, attentive service—scanning a QR code at the table provided free facial cleanser, face towels, eyebrow pencil, and other essentials—even for those last-minute makeup needs! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities were pristine and clean, and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. The experience far surpassed even some five-star hotels. I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserIf I could, I would five more than a 5 stars! The hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and kind, the room was quiet, silent and the bed was very confortable! The breakfast were amazing with asian and ocidental options! But more than that, the hostess and owner Lewis was very helpful with us. He pick us up from the airport, he gave us some city tips, he helped us with the translation and some services we needed to do! Very helpful, friendly and kind! We appreciate all the things he and his staff did for us! I strongly recommend it!

SSuiqiyuanyuanAfter graduation, I went home temporarily. The bad --- the slippers provided in the room were smelly, so I had to wear my own; the bed might not be too clean, after all, there was hair, and I was afraid of itching and red spots on my body, so I slept wrapped in my own air conditioner.
Everything else is fine, but I would like to remind others that they may be concerned - there is no door in the bathing area, only the toilet has a door.

The breakfast category is also very rich, with noodles, porridge, fruits, various vegetables, milk, soy milk... and many more. The most important thing was left in the hotel room. Later, I contacted the hotel front desk, and the lady and brother were very enthusiastic to help me call Paopao to deliver it to me. I am very satisfied.

Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
